Hotel Delfino

Hotel & Apartment Regulations

Please Read Carefully

Dear Guest,

The Management and Staff of Hotel Delfino warmly welcome you and would like to make you aware of our house rules.

We kindly ask you to read the following regulations and behavioural guidelines carefully, as every guest is expected to follow them in order to avoid causing disturbance or harm to others and to the environment.

Above all else, this property is the temporary home of all our guests. We ask that you respect it and treat it as you would your own home.

In the spirit of a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask you to observe not only the rules required by law, but also those simply dictated by common sense and mutual respect.
These regulations form an integral part of your booking confirmation.

Check-In

Upon arrival, guests are required to present a valid ID for registration, unless it has already been submitted in advance via email for express check-in.
For public safety reasons, guests may allow other individuals access to their room at any time, subject to prior authorisation at reception and presentation of a valid ID.

On arrival, a credit card number will be requested as a guarantee against any damage or missing items in the room.

Children & Minors

Parents (or legal guardians) are responsible for the behaviour of their minor children within the hotel and are required to supervise them at all times. Children must not be left unattended in rooms or communal areas, and parents must ensure they behave in a way that does not disturb other guests — particularly regarding quiet hours, proper use of bathrooms, and the correct use of facilities provided by the hotel.

We kindly ask that children are not allowed to run around the restaurant during meal service.

Rooms

Rooms are cleaned daily before 2:00 PM (3:00 PM for the Annexe), provided the room is unoccupied. If the room is occupied at that time, cleaning will be carried out the following day.

We also ask that towels are not placed or hung over the balcony railing.

Each room is equipped with a drying rack.

Bed and bathroom linen is changed in line with the regulations applicable to 3-star hotels. Bathroom linen is replaced up to twice a week, and bed linen once a week. You are of course welcome to use them for more days at your discretion.

We kindly ask parents to take extra care if young children are prone to bedwetting, to avoid staining the mattresses.

An additional charge will apply for any extra linen changes requested outside the standard schedule.

Beach towels are not provided.

Restaurant

There is no specific dress code required.

However, please refrain from entering the restaurant bare-chested or in wet, damp or sand-covered swimwear.

Breakfast & Food Safety

Breakfast is served exclusively in the restaurant dining room.
Guests are not permitted to take food or beverages from the restaurant.
In the interest of food hygiene and safety, please store any food kept in your room properly and avoid leaving crumbs on the floor.

Damage & Theft

Anyone causing damage to the building, furnishings, equipment or any other property will be held legally responsible in accordance with applicable regulations.

Theft and intentional damage will be reported to the authorities immediately.

Upon check-out, staff will inspect the room and any costs relating to damage or lost keys will be charged to the final bill.
Removing any items from the rooms, bathrooms or any other area of the hotel is strictly prohibited. The value of any stolen items will be charged to the guest.

Noise & Quiet Hours

At all times, guests are asked to avoid any behaviour, activities, games or use of equipment that may disturb other guests — particularly during quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM.

Please close doors gently rather than slamming them, and keep the TV volume at a considerate level.

Small gestures that make a big difference to those who are resting.

Changes to These Regulations

Hotel management reserves the right to amend these regulations at any time for operational reasons, with any changes posted at reception and published on the hotel website.
Failure to comply with any part of these regulations may result in the termination of the guest contract, with any resulting financial and legal consequences. Where non-compliance suggests the possible commission of a criminal offence, the matter will also be reported to the relevant authorities.
